Growing out of community action during the civil rights movement, NorthStar Learning Centers remains grounded in our original comittment to promote opportunity and a sense of possibility for all children, youth, and families we serve and to leave no one behind.
We have grown from one preschool center to a constellation of research-informed programs that serve New Bedford area children from one month old to adulthood.
