Spokane County United Way - Excelerate Success

Spokane County United Way aims to improve the lives and futures of all people in the community. We bring together expertise, funding and volunteer support to positively impact health, education and financial stability. In partnership with others, we work to eliminate inequities experienced by low-income and diverse populations so that all people have a safe, healthy home environment, achieve their educational potential, and increase their financial stability.

Excelerate Success is an education equity collective action project located at United Way of Spokane County. Our grant funded effort is an experiment in directing resources towards addressing the gaps and barriers that are between Spokane's goals and aspirations for equity and the collective knowledge and skills needed to reach those goals.

Mission: Excelerate Success acts as a catalyst pursuing Education Equity.

Vision: Excelerate Success will ignite sustainable social and systemic change by leveraging community voice and power to identify and confront opportunity gaps. Through individual and collective transformation, we work to create learning spaces that honor the unique identities and lived experiences of every person.
