The Justice Leadership Program engages young adults (ages 21-35) in eleven months of social justice advocacy and organizing, faith-based service, and leadership development. Interns:
Each year's opportunities are different, but past and current interns have:
* Agencies in 2017-2018: 350 Seattle, Church Council of Greater Seattle, Earth Ministry, Faith Action Network,Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness, SEIU Local 6, Real Change
** The Justice Leadership Program is part of the United Church of Christ (UCC) Young Adult Service Communities. Believing that "God is still speaking," the UCC has a tradition of extravagant welcome and prophetic action for peace, justice, and inclusion.
Interns do not need to be members of the United Church of Christ or other religious community, but must be willing to participate in spiritual reflection and the life and worship of a faith community.
