My Neighbour's Keeper

My Neighbour’s Keeper is a faith-based social service organization that supports, empowers, and strengthens individuals and families by delivering holistic, practical support and accessible counselling services. Our support relieves conditions associated with aging, disabilities, poverty, incarceration, or difficult circumstances such as loss, debilitating illnesses, grief, behavior management problems, and emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges.

At My Neighbour’s Keeper, our community-rooted approach allows us to reach people who fall through the cracks of formal systems. Our model of care is holistic; we provide emotional, mental, and physical support, with the option for spiritual support — all held together in one wraparound model that treats people with dignity and love.

Our services and programs come at zero cost and are as follows:

Mental: Professional mental health care counseling (sliding scale applies if you can pay).

Emotional: Visit care, phone connect, and companion services.

Physical: Respite care, transport assistance, running errands, and home care

Spiritual: Bible-based interventions.

Whether through free counseling, home visits, phone connections, transportation assistance, or simply sitting in silence beside someone grieving or lonely, we show up. Healing can take time, and no one should do it alone. That’s why our support is unwavering and for the long haul.
