The Northwest Arkansas Food Bank has been serving our community since 1988. In 2009, over 3.7 million pounds of food was distributed to just over 100,000 clients throughout Northwest Arkansas. The Northwest Arkansas Food Bank's mission is to be the leader to end hunger in Northwest Arkansas. Our vision is for a healthy, food secure community. Our mission and vision guide us in determining not only the types of food to provide to our clients, but also in seeking out people who need our services to ensure that no one in NW Arkansas goes hungry.
