Kater 2 Kids promotes healthy active living through fitness and nutrition education for all youth. We use the latest video-based interactive fitness and exergaming equipment to make fitness fun! We believe in delivering a positive environment with a focus on the development of the mind, body, and soul.

Our goal: To increase physical activity and healthy nutrition habits among Children, which will in turn reduce the incidence of obesity, and Type II Diabetes among Canadian youth.
