Housing values: Equitable, integrated, and diverse communities. Promote education and understanding of fair housing laws. Bolster enforcement of fair housing laws. Safe and affordable housing choices for all Inland County residents including those most in need. Promote fair housing and decrease housing discrimination. Expand opportunities for lower and middle income persons to become homeowners.

Mediation values: The identification and resolution of problems. Increasing self-determination by empowering people to make decisions instead of giving up decision making to a 3rd party. Promoting a mediation process that is neutral and impartial.
