Balanced works with major food service providers, institutions such as universities, hospitals and school districts, retail chains, and consumer packaged goods companies to reduce their use of unhealthy meat and eggs and increase their use of whole grains, beans, vegetables, and fruits in order to create a healthier food system for children, adults, and families.
