Love Equals Me

1 in 3 women experience domestic violence in their lifetime. The effects of domestic violence are devastating. It affects victims psychologically, emotionally, socially, financially, and biologically even years after the abuse happened. Love Equals Me provides free counseling and empowerment programs to abused women in underserved communities. As dangerous as it is to escape an abusive relationship, leaving an abuser is half the battle. We help clients who are dealing with the aftermath of abuse. From anxiety, low self-esteem and depression to anxiety, we believe no woman should be left behind. We assist women via counseling, empowerment programs, connecting them to resources, and by performing community outreach in inner cities and rural areas.
