iCons in Medicine

iCons in Medicine (iCons) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to create a volunteer network of knowledgeable and committed health professionals, that use the internet to deliver free clinical consultations, thereby making high quality medical knowledge available in remote and underserved areas. iCons is an outgrowth of Physicians Against Land Mines (PALM), a public education and advocacy organization formed in l996 to address the treatment and prevention of land mine injuries.
