Misión
· To maintain and/or achieve desirable, livable neighborhoods within District 2; · To plan for the economic, physical, and social development of the area; · To facilitate cooperation among residents and organizations which serve District 2; and · To educate residents on matters of common interest and to foster pride in the area.

The District 2 Community Council is one of 17 community councils in St. Paul. We serve the northeast corner of the city.
