AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod

The AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod has been providing services, comfort and care to people living with HIV/AIDS on Cape Cod for over 30 years. Today we directly serve over 400 individuals and families with HIV/AIDS from every town on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Services include extensive Medical Case Management, Food and Nutrition services, Transportation and Housing Assistance.   

Our Prevention and Screening Services operate in Provincetown, Hyannis and Falmouth.  All of our services utilize a Harm Reduction approach.  Through P&S we do phlebotomy based testing for HIV, Hep. C and other sexually transmitted infections.  We are also addressing the opioid epidemic on Cape Cod through Overdose Prevention training and services, access to and education on the administration of Narcan, as well as a whole range of services to help injection drug uses stay safe and prevent the spread of disease.

We have three different sites in Provincetown, offices and Hyannis and most recently a new testing site in Falmouth, MA.
