Friends of Valley Charities

Friends of Valley Charities is a 501(c)3 organization that has no administrative expenses and is focused on raising money to support various charities in the Shenandoah Valley and funding a scholarship for a JMU student with or directly affected by cancer. Currently we do so through organizing 5Ks and golf tournaments. Past recipients have been Women’s Heart Health, Local cancer patients, Cancer education fund, and RMH Women’s Center. Our commitment is that 100% of all event proceeds are donated locally.
