Partners in Hope

Partners in Hope is a UK charity based in London working to help young people leaving the care system move into education, training and employment. Partners in Hope runs weekly workshops under the umbrella of ‘The DRIVE Programme’, including sessions on improving independent living skills, job seeking, self expression and confidence. The charity also provides a mentoring scheme, and most importantly, provides access to work through its business partners, helping to break the cycle of deprivation through genuine social change.
