Loop Foundation’s mission is to break down barriers for families impacted by incarceration by providing safe transportation, mental health resources, housing support, legal aid, and community programs that restore dignity, strengthen family connections, and create pathways for successful reentry.

Loop Foundation (Loop Connect Foundation) exists to keep families connected during times of separation and to reduce the cycles of incarceration that destabilize communities. Our initiatives include:

• LoopConnect visitation credits to cover transportation costs to and from correctional facilities.
• LoopTalk mental health check-ins providing therapy and wellness support.
• LoopHousing transitional and affordable housing assistance.
• LoopLegal reentry assessments and access to legal aid.
• LoopCareer workforce development and career readiness programs.
• Community Support Centers where children and families can access mentorship, technology, recreation, and educational support.

We serve families, children, and returning citizens across the United States, with an initial focus on Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Mexico, California, and Virginia. Guided by leaders with lived experience, we are committed to restoring dignity, fostering equity, and creating stronger, healthier communities.
