Our mission is to empower and serve people in need of specialized supports by providing innovative services that improve their ability to live fulfilling lives in the community.
We provide a variety of supports for children and families through mental health education and support, foster care service, resources for individuals experiencing homelessness, and support services for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
We provide supports in the following counties: Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Carbon, Monroe, Pike and Schuylkill.
