Berkeley School Volunteers is a joint project of the Berkeley Unified School District and the Berkeley Public Education Foundation. We are committed to placing volunteers from the community in classrooms, libraries, schoolyards, and school gardens in the aim of improving education for all.We have placements from preschool through 12th grade in all subjects. We only place volunteers with teachers who request help, so our volunteers are really needed. Please join us in making a difference in the lives of young people.
