The REACH Mentoring Program at RCS is a school-based program, matching Gilroy youth in grades 4-8 with a caring adult for a period of at least one year. Our focus is on supporting and cultivating the benefits derived in a consistent, caring relationship rather than prescribing any particular outcomes.
