Innovations is a non-profit founded by the Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery County Area Agencies on Aging. Our mission is to provide assistance for elderly and disabled individuals living in this four county area and to address the growing needs of the aging population in Southeast PA who cannot afford to pay market rates. Our services include homecare, home maintenance, assisted transportation, and geriatric care management.
