Emergent Abundance Farming Collective

The mission of EAFC is to enhance the resilience of our community by creating abundant landscapes rich with food and ecological habitat, and by sharing food, knowledge, skills, resources and access to land with the local community.

The Emergent Abundance Farming Collective (EAFC) is a vibrant community of passionate, environmentally conscious individuals dedicated to promoting local, sustainable farming as a solution to food insecurity. We are an entirely volunteer based organization.

We openly recognize the Lenape as the original inhabitants of eastern Pennsylvania, where we gather and share in the abundance of our Mother Earth.

Sharing is a fundamental part of our Collective, without the generosity of our community we would not have access to the land, nor half the tools in our shed. We share the vegetables and herbs we grow with each other as well as our greater community.

We agree to show up with a sense of reciprocity. The land provides for us and we provide for the land. Giving back to the land and the plants can take many forms.

We invite Nature to be our teacher. We agree to show up with curiosity and humility. We agree to keep confidential any personal stories shared while working together in the garden.
