Explore Transplant

Patients whose kidneys fail must decide whether to stay on dialysis or have a kidney transplant. Explore Transplant is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to increase informed transplant decision-making to promote the highest possible quality-of-life for patients. We educate medical professionals, patients, potential living donors and the public about transplant and living donation and improve access to transplant education in underserved communities. Our bilingual educational program, comprised of an award winning video and brochures and fact sheets in both English and Spanish, was developed at a nationally known transplant center.
