Tel-Aide Montreal is an help line created in 1971. We contribute to the improvement of mental well-being by listening. TAM's philosophy is based on commitment, a supportive team spirit, loyalty, respect and inclusion. We subscribe to the belief of the school of humanistic psychology that the person best qualified to find solutions to their problems is the person themselves. The values we advocate are intended to ensure that users of our service can express themselves with confidence, regardless of the listener who answers.
