KP exists to provide affordable, high-quality health care services to improve the health of our members and the communities we serve.

Hospice is a coordinated program of comfort care and support services designed to meet the unique needs of patients and families facing a limited life expectancy. Services provided are directed through an interdisciplinary team of professionals: Physicians, nurses, social workers, spiritual counselors, aides, therapists, and volunteers. Bereavement services are also available to families, up to one year, following the patient's death.
