The organization was estabished for the following purposes :
- to display actions, projects and human, financial and material needs of public or private organizations dedicated to education, health, socio-economical promotion and environmental concerns ;
- to contribute to the development of materials and to the improvement of pedagogical and technological conditions within the ecuadorian educational system ;
- to set up educational units adapted to the needs of the « at risk » population of Ecuador, in order to promote a positive and innovative vision of the future ;
- to implement or aid in the implementation of the objectives listed above in all spanish-speaking countries of South America.
