OSF St. Joseph Medical Center is fully accredited by The Joint Commission - an independent organization established to set the standards for measuring health care quality. OSF St. Joseph is designated a Magnet hospital and named a Top U.S. Hospital by The Leapfrog Group as one of only 41 hospitals across the nation, and one of only six in Illinois, to continuously earn an "A" rating for patient safety since Leapfrog began awarding letter grades in 2012.
