S.A.V.E.

SAVE (Safeguarding American Values for Everyone) is an umbrella organization consisting of SAVE Foundation (C3), SAVE Inc (C4) and SAVE Action PAC. SAVE is South Florida’s leading organization dedicated to protecting people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender against discrimination. Since 1993, SAVE has advocated for equal rights for persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We accomplish this through grassroots action. In 2014, SAVE updated Miami-Dade’s Human Rights Ordinance to include gender identity and gender expression. And in 2015, SAVE launched its prejudice reduction, deep canvass program to reduce transphobia through face-to-face conversations. In 2022, SAVE Action PAC engaged in over 100 campaigns to support pro-LGBTQ candidates up and down the ballot. In 2023, SAVE continued its work to reduce prejudice and prepare for the 2024 elections.
