Mercy Hospice-Oklahoma City

The mission of Mercy Hospice is to provide palliative and supportive care that recognizes the special physical, social, psychological and spiritual needs of dying persons and their families. The interdisciplinary group of hospice professionals and volunteers strive to assist the patient and family in providing an environment conducive to a peaceful and dignified death and bereavement care for the family.

Hospice exists neither to hasten nor postpone death. Rather, hospice exists to affirm life by providing support and care to those in the last phases of incurable disease so that they can live as fully and comfortably as possible. Everyone is treated with honor, respect and reverence that is fitting to their dignity as a human being.
