A mission driven organization based in Des Moines, Community Youth Concepts (CYC) promotes the use of positive youth development principles and best practices through training, technical assistance, and youth development initiatives. CYC works to ensure all Iowa youth have access to high quality opportunities that prepare them for success in school, work, and life. CYC currently offers several service learning, community engagement, and youth mentoring programs for youth ages 8-17.
