Richmond Ballet

Richmond Ballet's mission is to uplift and awaken the human spirit through dance, both in audiences and dancers. As the State Ballet of Virginia, it is dedicated to the promotion, preservation, and continuing evolution of the art form of ballet. Richmond Ballet strives to keep meaningful works of dance alive and to produce and foster new works that remain true to these values. Richmond Ballet is home to an acclaimed professional ballet company of dancers, premium dance training in the form of the School of Richmond Ballet, and a unique and popular outreach program for elementary school students, Minds In Motion.
