West Bay Residential Services, Inc.

Founded by its current Executive Director in 1981, West Bay Residential Services, Inc. provides supports to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as those with chronic and stable medical conditions. Through the perseverance and vision of its dedicated employees, West Bay has established a 30-year reputation of excellent services within a culture of inclusion and acceptance.

West Bay is a large non-profit, multi-service agency that is governed by a Board of Directors and employs more than 350 people. The agency supports more than 110 individuals in one of 26 homes with 24-hour services and operates a semi-independent living program. The mission is one of people supporting people by providing access to opportunities and choice. To achieve this mission, West Bay maintains a consistent focus on its core values of respect, integrity, responsibility, trust, teamwork, fairness, communication, safety, quality, and fun.
