We will provide the highest quality comprehensive hospice care focused on serving the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients and their loved ones.
Acerca de
Islands Hospice provides a comprehensive approach to care with attention given to the "whole" being of both the individual and their family. Hospice care focuses on improving the quality of remaining life after the diagnosis of an incurable illness. Hospice recognizes dying as part of the normal process of life and neither hastens nor prolongs death. Islands Hospice provides a team approach to care, involving the patient's own physician, the hospice medical director, hospice nurses, home health aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers.
