The Fund for the Restoration of St. Peter's Buildings, Inc.

a. To raise money for the restoration, maintenance, and preservation of St. Peter’s Chelsea church building, rectory, and property, encompassed in the addresses three hundred thirty eight (338) through three hundred forty six (346) West 20th Street, New York, New York 10011 (in the aggregate, the “Property”);

b. To disburse (or to approve for disbursement) such moneys for the restoration, maintenance, and preservation of the Property in order to ensure that the Property is kept in good repair and that the various systems contained therein, such as heating, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems are kept in good working order, and for no other purpose; and

c. To maintain an endowment, created and held as a trust, for the benefit of the Property, the income and the principal of which shall be disbursed solely and exclusively for the purposes described in (b) above.
