At Bucks Learning Cooperative, we believe learning happens everywhere — in conversations, in nature, in and outside of classrooms, on trips, and in the wider world. We support teenagers who are creating personalized, self-directed educations based on their passions, abilities, and goals. Our space is alive with curiosity: teens explore subjects that excite them, dive deep into projects, connect with mentors, and discover that learning can be joyful, meaningful, and very different from traditional school.
We run small-group classes throughout the week, offer one-on-one tutoring, and host hands-on workshops driven by real interests. We also help teens find internships, apprenticeships, and other real-world learning opportunities that let them practice new skills and explore possible futures.
We’re always looking for volunteers who want to share what they love. Whether you’re excited to teach a class, lead a workshop, tutor one-on-one, or offer an internship or apprenticeship at your organization, your passion can spark curiosity and ignite a love of learning in a young person. If you’d like to get involved, visit the volunteer page on our website — we’d love to meet you.
