FIBCO Family Services, INC.

FIBCO Family Services, Inc has been serving the most vulnerable populations in Phoenix since 1986. It was founded by Dr. Warren H. Stewart, Sr., Senior Pastor of First Institutional Baptist Church.

FIBCO Family Services, Inc. serves the community through three main program areas:

• Quality affordable food and clothing distribution
• African Immigrant and Refugee Support 
• Quality affordable housing for low-income individuals - seniors, veterans, and mentally or emotionally challenged 

We serve hundreds of individuals and families each week in the heart of downtown Phoenix, providing basic needs and opportunities for change and self-sufficiency.
