The Alabama Hiking Trail Society's mission is to plan, build, and maintain safe hiking trails for all to enjoy throughout the state and educate the public of the careful use and enjoyment of Alabama's great outdoors. We are working hard to realize our dream of building the Alabama Trail which will run from the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico up to the awe-inspiring Walls of Jericho at the Tennessee border.
