ForgetMeNotIntl. is a youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to enriching the lives of seniors and preventing cognitive decline through music, art, and conversation therapy. We believe in the healing power of creativity, meaningful interaction, and intergenerational connection. Our mission is to bring joy, engagement, and companionship to older adults--especially those experiencing isolation or memory loss--while empowering young people to serve and learn from the elderly. In times when we are not with seniors in person, we engage volunteers to contribute to our blog by writing about breakthroughs in Alzheimer’s research and neuroscience, as well as help raise awareness through social media campaigns focused on dementia and aging-related issues.

ForgetMeNotIntl. is a youth-driven nonprofit that organizes creative, therapeutic events for seniors across Long Island, New York. We visit assisted living facilities, senior centers, and hospitals to host musical performances, arts and crafts sessions, and meaningful conversations that capture the stories and wisdom of older adults. Since our founding, we’ve led over 15 events in communities like Farmingdale, Glen Cove, Levittown, Islip, and Westbury. Each visit brings connection, joy, and mental stimulation to seniors who may be facing loneliness or memory loss. Through continued outreach, we aim to expand our impact, inspire youth service, and contribute to Alzheimer’s research (by hosting fundraisers) and awareness.
