The mission, driven by the underlying belief in the dignity and potential of every human being, is to provide culinary education, job skills training, fine arts instruction and mentoring in the value of work and personal responsibility to detainees and prisoners thereby reducing recidivism and promoting personal accountability and building stronger communities.
