National Affordable Homeownership Coalition

Creating Affordable Homeownership for households earning 80% or less of the Area Median Income in a 12 country area in SW Florida. Using $25,000-$35,000 in State authorized set aside funds, we identify, qualify and educate household seeking homeownership in this area where the average home price approaches $300,000. We do ground up construction supplying families with brand new homes between $130,000 and $204,000.
