Our Mentors and Applicants interact entirely on our online platform, which allows them to edit collaboratively, keep track of their progress, and video chat so that they can build a connection. The advantage to doing everything online is that we can pair Mentors and Applicants anywhere in the world, so we can match them based on shared interest and career ambitions, rather than just geography.
