The mission of No Kill Louisville is to increase community involvement, raise awareness and generate funds in support of becoming a No Kill community. We believe that it is possible to save every adoptable animal in our city. We not only work to help animals get out of the shelter, but we work with pet owners to prevent animals from going into shelters in the first place. Our newly opened Pet Food Bank offers free food to financially struggling pet owners in order to prevent the surrender of beloved pets during hard economic times. We also have free and low-cost spay/neuter partnerships that aid people and their pets. And much more!
