Activation Energy

Activation Energy provides support for entrepreneurial scientists by partnering with world-class research institutions, government agencies and private sponsors to launch and manage entrepreneurial fellowship programs that aim to address climate change and other societal challenges by empowering scientists to bring new ideas in clean energy, manufacturing, and microelectronics out of the lab and into the market. We are currently partnered with Lawrence Berkeley National Lab to support the Cyclotron Road program. Our programs are supported by a number of the world’s most influential corporations and philanthropic organizations.
