Horizons of Tuscarawas & Carroll Counties

Horizons, Inc. is a private non-profit organization providing resdidential services to meet the needs of people with developmental disabilities. We began in 1976 with a group of parents concerned about the need to provide homes for individuals with mental retardation here in Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties. We currently also provide services in Ashland, Coshocton, Harrison, Jeffereson, Knox, and Wayne Counties.

Our purpose is to develop and provide normal ,living environments for those we serve. Our mission is to develop and provide individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live life to the fullest.
