Pathfinder Services has a 45-year history of serving people with Developmental Disabilities in Huntington, Wabash, Marshall and Starke Counties in Indiana. In 1997, Community Connections was begun as a way to provide affordable single-family homes in a 14-county area of Northeast Indiana. Since that time, Community Connections has helped 1,323 homebuyers purchase homes.
