L & M PRODUCTS INC

L&M Products continues to evolve with the changing needs of the individuals we serve. Community Integration as well as some work opportunities is the primary focus. L&M contracts with area business providing work opportunities at three local businesses. Beginning in 2014, we partnered with Sinclair Community College to provide a college like experience on campus. This programming includes educational and informative information on subject matter such as health and safety, work place rules and professional relationships, social skills, policies and procedures, pedestrian safety, etc., These skills are essential for community inclusion and employment. L&M Products enrollment includes serving individuals in the following areas: Adult enrollment includes 75 adults, the Youth programs has 20+ youth enrolled representing all five school districts; 12 adults working at community work sites. L&M has placed 17 adults in competitive employment.
