Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids

For over a quarter of a century, Dwelling Place has been creating and preserving affordable housing for individuals and families. At the same time, Dwelling Place has provided critical support services to some of those individuals and families whose life challenges have sometimes lead to homelessness. Finally and no less important, Dwelling Place has served as a catalyst in numerous neighborhood revitalization efforts.

Dwelling Place's Neighborhood Revitalization Program infuses neglected neighborhoods with profitable businesses, transforms blighted areas with building facade improvements and rehabilitation efforts, and creates a destination with interesting attractions and events. This program is composed of two services: Commercial Property Leasing and our Mainstreet Programs.
