Dimora Arts Foundation creates welcoming spaces where artists and communities can learn, create, connect, and grow. Through artist residencies, arts education, workshops, cultural exchange, and community programs, Dimora supports artists while making the arts more accessible and strengthening community life in Puerto Rico.

Dimora Arts Foundation was founded by a disabled woman who experienced homelessness as a result of domestic violence. That experience shaped Dimora’s commitment to creating safe, welcoming spaces where people can rebuild, create, learn, and belong.

Based in Puerto Rico, Dimora prioritizes supporting Puerto Rican artists while creating opportunities for artists from around the world to connect through cultural exchange. We believe artists should have access not only to creative spaces, but also to the knowledge, resources, and community they need to build sustainable careers and businesses.

Through artist residencies, arts education, workshops, exhibitions, community gatherings, and cultural exchange, Dimora works to strengthen the local arts ecosystem and make the arts more accessible to the surrounding community. We support artists at different stages of their careers, help emerging artists develop professional and entrepreneurial skills, and create opportunities for communities to participate in and experience the arts.
