1 Change is a non-profit organization dedicated to building awareness around simple solutions for complex problems. We truly believe that 1 Change can fix most problems with policing in America. We also believe this can be accomplished in a bi-partisan way that would have zero adverse impact for 99% of police officers and allows each state to have flexibility in how they implement the 1 Change.
