Interfaith Action actively creates a culture of interfaith cooperation by developing, evaluating and disseminating programs that train youth leaders, inspiring adults through their example. Interfaith Action develops a new generation of leaders capable of reaching across religious, racial, and ethnic barriers to decrease misunderstanding and stereotypes, to act together to build a more peaceful and just society. Interfaith Action is also developing a model for partnering with town organizations to create a sustainable culture of pluralism.
