GLOBAL IMPACT INITIATIVE

Gii exists to empower refugees and underserved populations to gain economic independence through education, employment, and community integration. Gii provides transformative education & learning, professional development, skill building and mentoring to individuals, families and communities. We facilitate meaningful connections between local and global organizations to build bridges of understanding and promote lifelong learning. Global Impact Initiative (Gii) is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable, nonprofit organization based in Austin, Texas.

Gii was first established in 2020 as nonprofit organization to alleviate inequities in our communities--whether around the block or across the world--by providing education programs, skill-building workshops, and mentorship to underserved individuals.

The Global Impact Initiative secured a new grant at the end of 2023 that enabled us to expand our programming for qualifying refugees.

• Workplace Readiness Program
• K-12 Online Tutoring
