The Wheeler School

Wheeler is a co-educational, independent day school on the East Side of Providence, Rhode Island (adjacent to the Brown University campus). Our student body consists of 817 students in grades Nursery - Twelve. Wheeler's commitment to academic growth is predicated on the notion that students learn bestwhen they are intellectually challenged in each subject area. Founded by an artist, Mary C. Wheeler, the school infuses curriculum with a genuine appreication for the arts. Central to our mission is a commitment to individuality, commonality, opportunity, and awareness.
